Illawarra and Nowra are two different regions with the Illawarra based around the suburbs of Wollongong/Shellharbour/Kiama and the Shoalhaven which is further south and includes the many suburbs of Nowra and smaller towns/villages along the coast and bay area all the way to Ulladulla.
